This task is about adding/extending CI jobs to make sure the new gradle-plugin
builds fine.
More or less it has been done with https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/2946.
One thing I am not very happy about it the number of the CI jobs - 130 !
Currently (without the gradle module) the number is just 8 (e.g.
