@tjmac1200 I'm glad that worked! We all learn together :) For what it's worth, I like the idea of your original test (= comparing the has of the binary data), but it would have given you unrealistic expectations about the data you handle. Because it would have implied that the data produced by Avro is deterministic, when it isn't.
