@RyanSkraba, thanks for the chat today! As discussed, I've brought this up to date for develocity.apache.org. Two things when you have a moment: 1. **Approve the workflow runs.** CI on this PR is waiting for maintainer approval, since it comes from a fork. 2. **Request the access key from Infra.** One new requirement: ASF Infra now has to grant the repo access to the shared `DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY` secret, and a PMC member needs to request that with an [INFRA Jira ticket](https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/INFRA). Could you open one? Something like: > **Summary:** Grant apache/avro access to the DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY secret for develocity.apache.org > > **Description:** Apache Avro would like to publish Build Scans to develocity.apache.org (AVRO-3882, https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/2546). Please make the shared `DEVELOCITY_ACCESS_KEY` GitHub Actions secret available to apache/avro, with permission to publish Build Scans.
