   I think each of you have worked in this area. I am trying to simplify the 
Nexmark Java / SQL stuff so that they are more similar and more simple control 
flow (less inheritance funkiness). The goal is to be able to share test cases 
again, and share between SQL and non-SQL bounded side input join.
