   I'm familiar with our shading/vendoring methodology, but not familiar with 
the best-practices on what to do in a situation like this (relocated symbol on 
API surface).
   
   If we exclude the class from relocation here, will that exclusion be 
contagious to other Beam modules? i.e. if this `ListenableFuture` needed to be 
passed into method in another Beam module, would that module also need to 
exclude it for relocation?
   
   @kennknowles do you have additional expertise on shading principles to 
review this?
