It's for the same reason why Kafka's cross-language tests are not listed in
python 3.8 postcommit:
https://ci-beam.apache.org/job/beam_PostCommit_Python38_PR/21/testReport/
They run from a separate task, not from the postCommitIT which runs the
tests via run_integration_test.sh script. It could probably be run via that
task after some modifications, could I add it as a task in Jira and look after
it in a different PR?
