   Is it global? I switched things from `compile` to `shadow` scope. I thought 
the last two steps were
   1. enforcement of not using non-vendor Guava (so I have to learn from Gradle 
Groovy or go with checkstyle) and
   2. for modules that don't shade anything (lots of them now) just stop using 
the shadow plugin
