For Java we have to update referencedTables.get(0) call in following location:
https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/release-2.26.0/sdks/java/io/google-cloud-platform/src/main/java/org/apache/beam/sdk/io/gcp/bigquery/BigQueryQueryHelper.java#L111
Based on user feedback, seems like datasets.get is preferable to tables.get due
to not requiring access to table metadata.
