When the frontend requests the backend for logs, it retrieves the NOT_FOUND
gRPC error and stops executing of current example.
On the frontend the execution should proceed in such cases.
On the backend empty string should be added to logs at the beginning of
pipeline execution.
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Deploy locally java backend and frontend
# Run Hello World
