SnowflakeIO uses [SnowPipe REST
calls|https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/data-load-snowpipe.html]. which
means that only authorization with a private key is supported. We should think
of a way to add the other authentication methods, ie OAuth and username /
password.
