core_test could be a good starting point, though note that that requires a lot
(like 80%) of the infrastructure to run. To break this into smaller bytes I
would start with being able to construct the pipeline (protos, without running
it), then branch out to implementing a worker to be able to run it (either
directly, or on the Python Universal Local Runner).
Most communication happens on the [email protected] list; that's probably
the best place to start.
