Thanks, originally, kwonly args were not supported anywhere, but as you pointed
out there are some places where supporting kw-only args may require additional
work, we can keep it open.
I'll keep it unassigned for now since [~yoshiki.obata] worked on it a while ago
and might not be available to work on it now.
