@robertwb The way it's set up now, it will run as part of our post-commits.
Not sure what best practices are for testing in Beam--this test uses a good
deal of resources, and it is failing currently, so we might want to hold off on
this until it's fixed. On the other hand, it might be good for the portable
Spark runner to have a publicly visible pulse.
