I thought about replacing
[`SqlRowOperator`](https://calcite.apache.org/apidocs/org/apache/calcite/sql/fun/SqlRowOperator.html)
with our own custom operator. But I like this better, because it only
overrides unparsing without affecting the rest of the operator code.
