You have not actually updated the the bibliographic entry in the document with a
URL.

To check this go to Insert Indexes and tables->Bibliography Entry
Select 'From Document' Select IASIG in the short name selection. Then click on
edit. You will see there is no entry in for URL. If you enter a URL value and
then Update the Bibliographic table the URL will be shown. I have tested this.

The problem is that updating the database entry with new data, such as an URL,
does NOT automatically update the bibliographic entry in the document.
