`LedgerEntryImpl` is a new api implementation, we are converting it to the
legacy "LedgerEntry" implementation. so better to written as following:
```
try (LedgerEntryImpl duplicatedEntry = entries.get((int)
entryId++).duplicate()) {
seq.add(new LedgerEntry(duplicatedEntry));
}
```
