目前的方案是发起两个health check，也有考虑过保留_hc_started检查，第二次直接调用revive的方案。但是_logoff_flag只有在Socket::WaitAndReset会恢复为false，为了避免引入额外的复杂度，还是发起两个health check比较好 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
