[~julianhyde], I've tried to setup Travis test job for pgjdbc (see
https://github.com/pgjdbc/pgjdbc/pull/565). It seems that {{jdk: oraclejdk9}}
is available only for {{group: edge}} image, and that {{group: edge}} image
often fails to boot (i.e. takes 30 minutes, then it timeouts).
Other than that, figuring out "proper" plexus-archiver version seems to be
enough for most cases.
