Following CALCITE-1227, more work is required on streaming CSV table:
* Obsolete {{CsvSchemaFactory.ROWTIME_COLUMN_NAME}} and
the ROWTIME column,
or at least let the person defining the schema define a timestamp column
in the data, and turn off the implicitly created ROWTIME column.
* Propagate the sorted timestamp column in the table metadata; do
not rely on it being called ROWTIME.
* Obsolete CsvStreamEnumerator.
