Summary: ParameterScope should override resolveColumn interface

I want to validate a SqlNode expression and find this interface
{{SqlValidator.validateParameterizedExpression(SqlNode topNode, Map<String,
RelDataType> nameToTypeMap)}}. The SqlNode expression is {{c + 1}}, and the
{{namedToTypeMap}} is {{c -> TIMESTAMP(3)}}. However, it throws following
exception.
After some debug, I find that the {{ParameterScope}} accepts {{namedToTypeMap}}
but never use it. We can fix this by overriding {{resolveColumn}} and lookup in
the map.
