[~julianhyde] I have some confuse need help.
1: I can't find any instances of calcite 0.8 or optiq 0.8 package in
incubator or dist depository. Where I can find it.
2: In the incubator depository only have calcite 0.9 zip package (don't have
tar package) and this release package name is not standard. (We need to upload
again or compatible in code)
