Sounds good.

Note that the timeout handling is not trivial. 
Essentialy we have two timeouts: One is the http(s) session establishmet, but 
potentially we can also timeout after the https session is established, while 
the Connection object is built on the server side (for example Phoenix 
initializing metadata on the very first connect)
