Thanks for the PR, [~tnieradzik].
In his fix for CALCITE-5180 (FORMAT_TIMESTAMP, etc.) a few weeks ago,
[~tjbanghart] started adding a framework for these kinds of functions. Could
you adapt your fix to use the same framework (i.e. set up a POSTGRES map in
{{FormatModels}} similar to
[BIG_QUERY|https://github.com/apache/calcite/blob/49a0d5e9c1ef65618425189b22f2a2b5ed51f6d8/core/src/main/java/org/apache/calcite/util/format/FormatModels.java#L77]).
