[~asolimando] Hello, thank you for your reply. I just wanted to create a new 
dataset to test the arrow type. I think I can add javadoc to tell new 
developers to support the new arrow type and add data to this dataset for 
testing.

I don't want to test smallInt or tinyint, which is a very simple thing. I don't 
need to create a dataset specifically. The purpose of this dataset is to adapt 
to the new arrow type in the future.
