Caican Cai commented on CALCITE-6489: ------------------------------------- [~asolimando] Hello, thank you for your reply. I just wanted to create a new dataset to test the arrow type. I think I can add javadoc to tell new developers to support the new arrow type and add data to this dataset for testing. I don't want to test smallInt or tinyint, which is a very simple thing. I don't need to create a dataset specifically. The purpose of this dataset is to adapt to the new arrow type in the future. > Add more data types to the Arrow test set > ----------------------------------------- > > Key: CALCITE-6489 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-6489 > Project: Calcite > Issue Type: Sub-task > Reporter: Caican Cai > Assignee: Caican Cai > Priority: Major > Labels: pull-request-available > > Currently, the Arrow test set only has basic data types, such as int, long, > etc., but does not have smallInt, tinyint, etc. > It is possible to improve the Arrow test set -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
