here.

For {{{}org.apache.calcite.linq4j.ExtendedEnumerable{}}}, should we add 
{{skip/take}} methods that accept {{long/BigDecimal}} arguments? In my opinion, 
it is worth adding them, but with default behavior that uses 
{{{}EnumerableDefaults{}}}.
