    Description: Type inference for the entire family of functions COVAR and 
REGR does not look at the nullability of the second argument.  (was: COVAR_POP 
may produce NULL even when the input set is not empty.

For non-nullable arguments and GROUP BY the result type is incorrectly inferred 
as not nullable.

Moreover, the type inference for the entire family of functions COVAR and REGR 
does not look at the nullability of the second argument.)
