At the moment no additional action is needed since the doc changes do not need
to be reflected in the documentation (since the respective part in history.md
is commented out).
Usually commits with doc changes do not touch the workflows so this error
should be rather scarce. I don't think its worth fixing unless we find that it
appears in other more common use-cases.
