Description:
Improve identifier and literal handling in SQL dialects and adapters:
- Backslash escaping in dialects: BigQuery, Firebolt, ClickHouse, Hive, Spark,
Snowflake, Infobright, Netezza, and default ANSI.
- Improve identifier verification in Geode, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra,
and Splunk adapters.
