Summary: Remove obsolete fields major.version and minor.version
from driver properties file

Variables major.version and minor.version are obsolete, now we get the driver
version by splitting up the version variable. Remove those lines from
net-hydromatic-optiq-jdbc.properties (or org-apache-calcite-jdbc.properties
after CALCITE-296).
