The comment makes it easy to see that you are looking at the last page of a 
file in an editor. It verifies that the file has not been truncated, and 
provides a buffer against truncation issues. It indicates the name of the file 
(useful if the file has been renamed). And it helps ensure that the file ends 
with a line ending.
