Fix For: 1.2.0
now the the default data loading quotechar is a quotes ", so for the following
schema and data cannot loading properly.
schema: (id int, name string, address string)
data:
1001, "bill01, add01.
if load this data to the schema name column will be "bill01, add01" and address
column value is null because the default quotechar is ", if support empty
quotechar that can loading data properly.
