[CARBONDATA-2911] Remove unused BTree related code
1. BTree related code is only used by a test class
called`BTreeBlockFinderTest`.
2. BTreeDataRefNodeFinder in AbstractDetailQueryResultIterator never run.
All dataRefNode are actually instanceof BlockletDataRefNode
