Review comment:
       IMO, we don't need this mock. Could have just removed `indextableexists` 
and/or `indexexists` property appropriately from parent table. I mean, can do 
like below
   
`parentCarbonTable.getTableInfo.getFactTable.getTableProperties.remove("indextableexists")`
   and/or 
   
`parentCarbonTable.getTableInfo.getFactTable.getTableProperties.remove("indexexists")`
   appropriately. Probably can check all testcases using 
`mockIsIndexTableExists()` and `mockIsIndexExists()`.
