Fix wrong comments of load data in CarbonDataRDDFactory.scala:
1.Currently, not use NewHadoopRDD and DummyLoadRDD
2.Clean invalid code:
inputFormat match
{ case configurable: Configurable =>
configurable.setConf(hadoopConfiguration) case _ => }
