### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Optimize RPC slow log message format: Instead of logging the full RPC
message content, the changes modify the slow RPC logging to print only the
message name.
### Why are the changes needed?
Improve log readability: The original message parameter could output verbose
object string representations, especially for complex messages containing large
data structures. The new structured format provides more concise and organized
information, making it easier to quickly identify and diagnose issues.
