Setup: Advanced Networking zone ,Xen , Ubuntu 12.04

Steps:

1. Upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 [As per release notes instructions by setting up the 
repo and updating the packages]

Observation : 
Cloud utilities are not renamed to Cloudstack after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1 
[Ubutnu MS]

After Upgrade in Ubutnu 12.04 :

root@ub12sailaja:/var/log/cloudstack/management# cloud
cloud-migrate-databases          cloud-set-guest-sshkey           
cloud-setup-management           cloudstack-setup-agent
cloud-set-guest-password         cloud-setup-databases            cloud-ssh     
                   cloud-update-xenserver-licenses
root@ub12sailaja:/var/log/cloudstack/management# cloud

Where as new installation of 4.1 has as below:
[root@rhel63 ~]# cloudstack-
cloudstack-aws-api-register           cloudstack-set-guest-password         
cloudstack-setup-databases            cloudstack-sysvmadm
cloudstack-external-ipallocator.py    cloudstack-set-guest-sshkey           
cloudstack-setup-encryption           cloudstack-update-xenserver-licenses
cloudstack-migrate-databases          cloudstack-setup-bridge               
cloudstack-setup-management
[root@rhel63 ~]#

There are few missing scripts , i will create a separate ticket for this.
