Steps to reproduce :
1. Have at least one zone added with Netscaler which is enabled for GSLB
2. Try the API "listNetscalerLoadBalancers"
Observations :
(i) Response doesn't say anything about whether it is enabled for GSLB or not
hence, there is no easy for admin to find out which is enabled for GSLB.
