Looking through the test, do we have test tags for local vs shared storage? If
so, we can create separate tests for them and define the offerings to match. If
not, does it make sense to do that, or do we need to auto-detect whether the
zone is using shared/local, or test both and just assume the operator knows
that one or the other failing is OK? What is the proposal on how to fix it?
