Steps:
1. Have a CS with advanced zone and VMware host.
2. Create a VPC.
3. Add a private gateway .
Observation:
Observed “ Unexpected exception while executing
org.apache.cloudstack.api.command.admin.vpc.CreatePrivateGatewayCmd
com.cloud.exception.ResourceUnavailableException: Resource [DataCenter:1] is
unreachable: Unable to apply network acls on router”
The same is observed while deleting the private gateway and the gateway is not
getting deleted.
