Below are the steps followed:
1)In a freshly installed setup where there is only a single cluster and single
host created a Affinity group for explicit dedication.
2)Then once the Zone is up tried to create a VM using the affinity group.
3)The Vm creation was Successful.
The expected result is the Vm creation should be failed as it dosent have any
dedicated hosts.
