Min,
I din't use NSF as secondary storage for zone1. My question was while deploying 
guest vms in zone1 why CS tried to copy vmware template from s3 to NFS Cache 
even though zone1 did not have any vmware cluster? 
I also agree with you in not enforcing NFS Cache storage creation in the dialog 
of add S3 secondary storage.
