Sailaja Mada reopened CLOUDSTACK-3414:
--------------------------------------

Hi,

One of the use we are trying to achieve is to have VMWARE Cluster with Standard
vSwitch with few deployed VM's. Later Update the traffic labels to DVSwitch to
have the newly deployed VM's to get deployed on DVSwitch.

So here when traffic labels are updated Admin will not get notified to restart
management server. Admin has to go thru entire doc for this small info to
restart Management server.

Instead it would really help to just notify to restart Management server . This
would simplify a lot of debugging .

Hence i am reopening the bug. Please leave it unassigned if its not
interesting to fix. It would help admin so i would wait for this fix to be
done.

Thanks,
Sailaja.M
