Verified,
As per bug and In case of instances the destroyed status shows up without
navigating away from the table/page. So consider this fixed.
However as Mike observed and I too agree that in some pages apart from "Fetch
Latest" for example "Refresh" button on templates page.
When a template is being downloaded, user cannot actually see the progress in
"%" unless page is refreshed. While this is ok but its good too have
consistency across UI; i.e either use auto refresh or use refresh button. (Also
Refresh button is less preferred due to increase in complexity on UI but dev
can make decision based on complexity).
