Several tests refer to an Ubuntu 10.04 template on download.cloud.com that is a
VHD while registering the same against a non-Xen deployment. This causes the
tests to fail.
Register the built-in template's download url instead so that the right format
(vhd/qcow2/ova) is added to the test.
