Looks like tomcat in not loading latest index.jsp
In Abhinav's 4.2 upgrade setup, we opened file
/usr/share/cloudstack-management/webapps/client/index.jsp and added a blank in
command section and restarted MS, after that UI started working
If you are facing this issue, can you try to enter "CTRL+R / CTRL + F5" and
check, latest index.jsp is loaded or not ?
