Hi Gaurav,
this testcase was written in impression that scaling up could affect snapshot
creation process, this is not the case .Only check is required while snapshot
creation is in progress scaling up should be permitted ,you can test it like
trigger a snapshot of large (>100GB) data disk (it will take more that 15
minute) and then perform scaling up.operation should be successful .
