Assigning Portable IP ranges to accounts in the way it is possible for public
IPs in CS42.
Limiting Portable IPs per domain/account (separate pool from public IPs).
Use case:
In Private cloud deployments where Public IPs are at premium probably
pseudo-public IPs are used. Portable IPs can be used as a pool of real Public
IPs. That way single account can use real and pseudo public IPs at the same
time. Effective administration of such setup requires being able to
assign/limit portable IP in the same way as Public IPs.
