Environment: 1. Currently, we are using TestClient for getting API
client, we are passing management server details as part of the interface call
and later to retrieve API client, the same interface of TestClient constructor
can be used to pass db details as well. This will make the interface common and
dont need to use dbconfigure method again to retrieve the dbconnection.
Instead, one single call can be used for both API client and Db client.
2. Removed few unwanted code and variables from testclient.
