Verified on the latest 4.2.1build with
commit:544d1594f0e65365daa5390688b2e126750ea4f5
Now UI does not give an option to uncheck adding NFS staging storage while
adding S3 based secondary storage during zone creation.
Attaching working screen shot. Closing the issue.
