Resolution: Won't Fix
Had took a look at Rayees' environment, it's a test case issue.
1.We have a test case, which delete its account at the end of the test case,
which will delete a template owned by this account in async
2. marvin will start another test case, which will call listtemplate to create
a vm, wihch will return any available templates in the db, and choose the first
one, which happened to be the one will be deleted in step 1. Then possible,
delete template and create vm from that template, happened at the same time.
